Dear JSALT2025 participants, who has housing at BUT Dorm,

please read through the important update below so your stay go smoothly:

🚌 Bus Departure – Tomorrow at 8:00 AM

The bus will leave tomorrow at 8:00 AM sharp.
No member of our team will be present at the stop, so please make sure to arrive by 7:55 AM to avoid missing it.

🏢 Accommodation – Please Follow These Rules

The building provider asks all guests to respect the following:

• Use only the main entrance to enter and exit the building. Do not use emergency exits for regular access.

• Do not use the front desk (reception) phone to order or notify taxis. Use your own phone number instead.

• Do not use the front desk (reception) phone to arrange delivery of online orders. Please use the external parcel lockers in front of the dormitory (e.g., DPD - DPD Box, Zasilkovna - Packeta, Alza - AlzaBox).

🧺 Laundry (Washing Machines)

• Washing machines are not free – one use costs 60 CZK, which you can pay by card at the front desk (reception).

• If all machines are busy, you can use a self-service laundromat nearby - two examples close

  Machines tend to be less busy at the end of June and in July, as most students leave for summer break
