Thanks for publishing the agenda for Monday, Radim.
One suggestion/thought: if someone comes to the
JSALT home page, e.g. following a Google search, could we make it easy for them to find whatever JSALT event is happening next? This would be the
- Opening Day program until next Monday,
- the weekly progress reports or plenary lectures for the next few weeks, and
- Closing Day program in the last week.
I don’t have a specific preference for how to do it: e.g. one could replace the “Watch JSALT 2025 live on YouTube” banner on top of the current home page with some
hypertext like “Upcoming JSALT Activities” with a hyperlink that changes every week to point the appropriate page, or even the
hypertext that changes every week, e.g. “June 23: Opening Day Presentations” for this week.
A second suggestion is to ask each team to assign one person to keep their team page updated and accurate, e.g. checking that all members are appropriately listed, adding team photos, posting slides from their summer school tutorials, opening presentations
and progress reports, pointers to any leaderboards they want to maintain to publicly track their summer progress, etc.
Cheers.
Sanjeev
