  2. Jun 23 09:00–12:00 Opening presentations E112 Breakfast setup @ 08:15 in the E103 Resprium? Or Menza?
  3. Jun 23 12:10–12:30 Migration to JSALT labs N-block Could we have IT staff at hand to help people get settled?
  4. Jun 23 14:00–17:00 Team meetings N-block Show teams how to use the AV equipment in the labs?
  5. Jun 23 17:30–19:30 Welcome picnic E103 It will be 75+ people.  Can we set up everything outside?
  6. Mon 15:00–15:30 Steering committee meeting L220 Every Monday starting Jun 23.
  7. Mon-Fri 15:30–16:00 Cookie breaks ??? Daily starting Jun 23. In the student-organization lounge in Q or R block?
  8. Wed 10:45-12:00 Plenary speaker E112 Every Wednesday starting July 2, day subject to change based on speaker
  9. Wed 12:00-13:30 Lunch with plenary speaker Menza Every Wednesday starting July 2, day subject to change based on speaker
  10. Wed 13:30-15:00 Weekly progress report E112 Every Wednesday starting July 2 (2 teams x 30min or 4 teams x 20min)
  11. Thu 12:00–13:00 Brown-bag lunch with UGs L220 Every Thursday starting Jun 26
  12. Thu 18:30–21:00 No-host dinner outing Variable Every Thursday starting Jun 26. Google form for signing up?
