First of all, we would like to thank you for choosing our Faculty as your abroad study destination 🙂.

The on-line application for the winter semester/full ac. year 2024/2025 will be open from March 31 to May 31, 2024.

However, students from countries with visa obligation are supposed to complete the application one month earlier!

You will find detailed information on the application procedure in the text below, and in the online Fact Sheet.

General information on how to apply for a short-term study (https://www.fit.vut.cz/applicants/short-term/.en)

Brno University of Technology has implemented an online application service for admission of exchange students.
Filling out the online form https://www.vutbr.cz/eprihlaska/en/ is the only way how to apply for the Short-term study stay at FIT BUT!

Deadlines:

• May 31 - submission of application for summer semester (April 30 for visa applicants)
  
• June 10 - delivery of the below mentioned application materials (May 10 for visa applicants)
• !Students with visa obligations are strongly recommended to deliver their application materials well in advance, if possible one month before the official deadline for the application!

The FIT BUT does not require hard copies of these documents, however, if your institution does, send us please the originals to sign.

The required application materials:

• Application form (E-application protocol)
• Learning Agreement (printed from the E-application)
• Passport sized photo in the format SURNAME_Name.jpg ( e-mail to studena@fit.vut.cz )
