It probably makes sense to use both the 30 minutes in the D space, and our own lab spaces for the rehearsals. The meeting room is too small.

How we will do it:

1. *private rehearsal - *you have 2 options

• option 1: you can use room L220 https://www.fit.vut.cz/fit/map/2/?show=L220&big=1 There is projector - room is booked the whole Wed and Thu afternoon (both till 22:00, but we can ask reception to be longer).

  - option 2: your teams can still use project in your room of N
  pavilion
  2. *a short try in the D105

  • Play your Part (Ricards team) *Wed *16:00 - 16:30
    • EMMA (Lukas/Samuelle team) *Wed *16:30-17:00
    • TTS4ALL (Yannick team) *Thu *17:30-18:00
    • AugI (Ramani/Santosh team) *Thu *18:00 - 18:30

Why: Unfortunately, the technicians need to be present in D105 with you. And they will be preparing the D105 room Wed afternoon. We can not keep them here late afternoon/evening because of their private life.
