*However, students from countries with visa obligation are supposed to complete the application **one month earlier!*

Brno University of Technology has implemented an online application service for admission of exchange students. Filling out the online form https://www.vutbr.cz/eprihlaska/en/ https://www.vut.cz/eprihlaska/en/z/zadani/vybrat-obor/fakulta/20042 is the only way how to apply for the Short-term study stay at FIT BUT!

*_Deadlines:_*

• *May 31 - submission of application for summer semester **(April 30 for visa applicants)
• *June 10 - delivery of the below mentioned application materials **(May 10 for visa applicants)*
• *!Students with visa obligations are strongly recommended to deliver their application materials well in advance, if possible one month before the official deadline for the application! *

Furhtermore, students applying to study at FIT BUT can take up to 2 courses per semester from the other BUT faculties. Mind please, that in such a case there might be a colision in the schedule.

*All the courses you would like to study during your exchange period at FIT BUT you have to have in your learning agreement created via the on-line application system.*

/_Once the learning agreement is fully approved the applicants are supposed to print the Application protocol and the Learning Agreement from their E-application, sign the forms and have them signed and stamped by the institutional representative, and send them, together with other application materials mentioned below, to studena@fit.vut.cz mailto:studena@fit.vutbr.cz. _/*

*_ESN VUT Brno– Welcome Week, Pick up, Buddy Programm_e* A week before the semester starts (September 18 - 2022) a *Welcome Week* organized by the ESN VUT Brno in cooperation with the BUT Rector´s Office will take place. As you can learn there important information about students´ life in Brno, meet international students from all BUT faculties and learn the basic Czech phraseswe do recommend you to take part in it. In case of full attendance, the Welcome Week is counted to the Erasmus study period at FIT BUT. Furthermore, students who will complete the "Introduction to the Czech language" course will receive a certificate of 2 ECTS credits.

For requesting PICK-UP (someone who will pick you up after your arrival), BUDDY (someone who helps you during the semester) and signing up for the Welcome Week events and events organised during the semester, please *REGISTER* https://fiesta.plus/auth/login/.
